Integrating sealing, guiding and buffering (no extra parts needed), it has good wear resistance and strong corrosion resistance (full rubber covering) for complex conditions. With a built-in pressure relief groove, it balances pressure fast, boosting cylinder efficiency and prolonging equipment life.

• The double-acting DP-type seal is an integral piston seal with double sealing lips, vulcanized and bonded to a metal skeleton. It integrates three functions: sealing, guiding and buffering.
• Optimized in geometry and material, it is suitable for oiled or oil-free air (initial pre-lubrication required during installation). The buffer channel is located on the piston end face, and its integrated design provides mechanical buffering for the cylinder.
• Featuring a built-in integrated pressure relief groove, it enables rapid response (under full pressure load). It has excellent wear resistance and strong corrosion resistance due to full rubber coverage. The optimized design of the sealing lip ensures smooth operation.
